  1. Pastor Fernando,

What a great post, both in it's heart (motives) and hand (practical applications)perspectives.

With respect on what to eat, it's not only a great fasting guideline, but with minor modifications the suggested nutritional lifestyle could literally be "life extending" as well as "life enhancing." Who knows what the Holy Spirit would be able to communicate to and do through us in advancing His kingdom by plundering the kingdom of darkness while simultaneously populating the kingdom of heaven as we honor His temple!

I'm in...Hawaii, as well as myself, could definitely benefit from not only a breakthrough (why stop there) but a breakout! To me, breakthrough only means you've punched through the gates (of hell); breakout means you've ripped the gates off their hinges and put them underfoot where they belong!

Thank you for the inspirational opportunity. As people arise and shine (Is. 60), God will be able to radiate His love and light through our lives and transform the lives of all who come into the warmth of His love and the clarity and wisdom of His light.

Continue to be blessed...and the blessing that you and NHDH definitely are.

    Sincerely and appreciatively through Him,

    John A. (in Hawaii Kai)
